Steve is licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky and is the broker of record in Kentucky. He received his Salesman license in 1989 and Broker's license in 2001. Member of the Top Producer's Club every year from 1992-2011. Successfully transacted over 8,000 units totaling almost $200,000,000.
His areas of expertise include buyer and seller brokerage transactions, analyzing profit/loss statements, assisting in commercial loans for purchasing and refinancing of properties, and rendering opinions of values for tax revisions.

Since the company's inception in August 2000, Jeff has been the Broker in Charge of Investment Property Advisors for Ohio. Licensed in Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky, Jeff has represented individuals, partnerships and institutional investors since 1977 in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties and apartments in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky marketplace. He has participated in over 600 investment transactions.
